We believe that the simple things are often the best. That good times are spent with friends and family, sat around the table enjoying great food and drink. That everyone receives the warmest of welcomes and is made to feel special…..especially those visiting with their four-legged friends!
Set in the stunning New Forest, the Walhampton Arms is just a few minutes from the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington with views of the Isle of Wight across the Solent. It’s the perfect location to relax and explore.
The pub dates back to the 1800’s when it was a dairy and part of the Walhampton Estate. That history and character remains, but inside, we’ve bought a rustic and contemporary feel to our dining and drinking spaces, that also provide a variety of options for events or parties.
Our menu’s try to capture the essence of what a pub should be about. Dishes to share and graze from, plus ‘specials’ with that little twist from our chef.
Of course, good food isn’t complete without a glass of ale or wine from our carefully chosen list.

If you would like to explore the area by bike during your stay with us, we have teamed up with New Forest Bikes in Lymington.
They will drop off bikes to hire at The Walhampton Arms, provide maps of the area and then pick up the bikes when you have finished with them.
